With over 15 years of experience in financial services consulting and internal audit across global institutions, Ebrahim founded Psyberant Consulting to offer agile, high-quality advisory services to clients navigating complex regulatory, risk, and transformation challenges.He has advised Tier 1 banks, investment firms, and financial authorities on matters ranging from Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) and control remediation to conduct risk, trade surveillance, and data governance.
His approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery expertise — a combination refined through senior roles consulting roles at Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and other leading advisory firms, as well as in-house experience at global financial institutions including Citibank. Throughout his career, Ebrahim has led cross-border regulatory programmes, post-crisis control uplift projects, and governance redesign initiatives spanning the UK, EMEA, and emerging markets. Most recently, he has pioneered offshore delivery models that provide clients with scalable, cost-effective support across the risk, finance, and compliance value chain.
Ebrahim, fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) holds double bachelors, in Commerce and Applied Accounting, and is passionate about helping firms strengthen their control environments while remaining commercially agile.

Muhammad Rizwan Rauf is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 17 years of international experience spanning finance, strategy, IT, procurement, HR, and supply chain. As CEO of Global Business Shared Services (GBSS), Rizwan partners with Psyberant Consulting to deliver high-quality offshore support across finance, compliance, risk, and operational domains.

A Chartered Accountant (UK and Pakistan) and ACCA (UK), Rizwan has held C-suite roles across multinational enterprises, including BASF and Mattex Group, where he led finance transformation, ERP implementation, and shared service innovation. His leadership style blends strategic vision with operational excellence, having driven successful cross-border service models, M&A integrations, and technology-enabled process optimization.
With deep technical expertise in SAP and Oracle LN, and a career that includes senior roles at Ernst & Young and top-tier corporates, Rizwan brings a rare combination of governance discipline and entrepreneurial agility. He is based between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and plays a pivotal role in delivering scalable, efficient, and compliant offshore resourcing solutions through the Psyberant–GBSS partnership.
